This painting was started before I had spinal CSF leaks. The purple was before life got turned upside down. The middle of the canvas was painted during the hardest season. The background (turquoise) was painting recently as I’m recovery from my spinal CSF leak surgery. It feels like 3 separate parts of me created this one. The timeline as well as my need for micro joys to sustain me is depicted in this painting. My hope is that it will bring joy and hope wherever it lands.
